"Alison was the perfect hostess. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The room was exactly as described and the breakfasts were beyond words - she was a chef in a previous career and it certainly showed with the cornucopia of homemade items served at breakfast. - not your typical French breakfast. All Covid precautions were taken and we could not have felt safer or enjoyed our stay more. Could not have had a better location for Amboise (parking and walking all over town) or for the Loire Valley. Our stay here (3 nights) earned highest marks on everything that we look for in a B&B.

"Very warm welcome by Alison who is French/English bilingual. Very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean and Covid rules applied meticulously. Our room at the rear of the house was extremely quiet, but it's a quiet street anyway, walking distance from centre. Tea/coffee facilities in room on request. Superb breakfast".
