Arrival time :

 Between 5pm and 7pm
Subject to prior arrangement – if you arrive in town before 5pm, luggage drop off may be available
Other than in exceptional circumstances, we cannot accept late check ins after 11pm.
Check out time is between 9am and 10.30am.

Wi-Fi

Wi-fi is available in the entire house free of charge.

Pets

Unfortunately we cannot accept any pets as regretfully, the house is totally unsuited to them.

Public Areas

Indoors we have a sitting room where guests are welcome to relax and read books, magazines and newspapers.
Public areas will not be available to guests after 11pm

TV

After much consideration and in an attempt to avoid unacceptable noise to our guests, we have chosen to make Le 31 a TV-free zone.

Smoking

Le 31 is a strictly non-smoking home – this includes E-cigarettes.

Tea and coffee

Tea & coffee making facilities are available in each bedroom.

Access

3 of our rooms are on the first floor – a stairlift for 1 person or for luggage is available on request to assist with access.

Insurance

To minimise the financial risks associated with travelling abroad it is strongly recommended that guests arrange private travel insurance that matches their needs when booking their holiday.

PARKING

400 free car parking spaces very near to the 'Le 31 B&B', Parking Place Richelieu, Parking des Tanneurs, Parking de l'ancienne caserne des Pompiers.

Booking & cancellation.

Please note that a deposit of 15 euros is required at the time of booking and deducted from final invoice. 
In case of cancellation, the 15 Euros is non-returnable (admin fees).
If you are a ‘no show’ - 100 % of the total cost of your reservation will be charged.
